GOLFTOBERFEST!

You're invited to "GOLFTOBERFEST", the final EWGA weekend golf outing - on Saturday October 6th at the beautiful Autumn Ridge Golf Course in Valders!

The autumn colors should be wonderful! Join other EWGA members for agood time! Let's end our season in a blaze of glory! We're going to make this final outing "extra special" - surrounding the unique event and hole contests with an autumn and “Octoberfest” theme!

Make plans to join everyone in the clubhouse afterwards where the fun continues! (Lunch on your own, following golf.)

Tee times start at 11:00am
Cost is $15 dollars walking, $23.50 with a cart.

Chapter Champions Represent Us Well!

Congratulations to our Chapter Champions who recently competed in the EWGA Semi-Finals held at the TPC Deere Run Course in Silvis, IL. It was a fantastic day of golf and fun. The rain delay didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits - -in fact more spirits were had during the delay! There were 75 participants from four states in the event. Wisconsin sent 31 competitors to the event from the four WI Chapters. Our 7 Chapter Champions (one scramble team and 3 individuals) represented us well – all coming back with awards!

Our individual finishers were:
Sarah Sirchel – 2nd place low gross - Championship Flight
Laura Kennin – 2nd place low gross - First Flight
Cyndee Sweetland – 3rd place low net - Fourth Flight

Our scramble team took 1st place in the scramble division:

Bambi Seavers (Capt)

The “Birdie Babes” scramble team will now move onto the EWGA Finals in Nashville on Sept. 7th & 8th. We wish them the best of luck! Bring it home ladies!

League Jamboree 2007

5:00 pm Jamboree meal, awards and fun

All League member and subs are invited to join us for our end of the season golf jamboree. The day will include a fun golf scramble event and dinner with prizes. EVERYONE participating in the golf jamboree must register online for golf and dinner or the dinner.

Scramble teams will be set prior to the event and all golf levels are encouraged to join us. Greens fees are $17.50 + tax. This includes 9 holes of golf WITH cart. The greens fees will be paid in the Mid Vallee Pro Shop on the day of the event.

The banquet dinner and awards are included in the league registration fees that were paid by full-time league members. League subs are encouraged to join us and will be responsible for prepaid dinner costs of $12.00.

This year we will be doing a shotgun start so that we all finish at the same time. Shotgun starts promptly at 2:30 - - please be at the course by 2:00pm in order to register, pay and get to your carts. We hope to see you for an afternoon full of fun, golf and prizes!

Miniature Golf and Driving Range
Wednesday September 12
Enjoy an evening of not-so-serious golfing. Bring your favorite club to practice on the driving range. There are grass tees, target greens, a putting green and sand bunkers for practice. Then, grab a colored golf ball and provided putter for some fun. The mini-course features ponds, streams and a stunning waterfall.. Don't miss it! After golfing, join the group for drinks and eats at the Stoneyard on JJ. Cash bar and menu orders. All costs are based on the activities that you participate in. Pay at the door.

Enjoy meeting and getting to know EWGA member professionals over a glass of wine at Appleton’s premier wine shop. Bring business cards and make a deal or two along the way. This event has a business networking focus, but there will be plenty of socializing tool. Cash bar

Limo Light Tour
Enjoy a crisp December evening, together with your EWGA friends, touring some of the best holiday lights in the Valley all in the comfort of a warm, cozy limo!
Space is limited to the first 22 registrations.
6:30 PM pick up – 8:30 PM drop off
Meet at 6:15 PM at the Main Event on County N in Little Chute for pick up/drop off.

Non-Member Price: $25

Refund Policy

There has been some confusion with the EWGA Fox Cities/Green Bay refund policy. So we have included below for your review.

Unless otherwise noted, refunds are given up to five days prior to the event. If you need to cancel, contact the event chair at least 5 days before the event date and the registration fee will be refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. If EWGA Fox Cities/Green Bay cancels the event, you will be notified and a full refund will be given.
