Swing Analysis With Video |
Saturday, June 14 - 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
Best Golf, 1358A Mid Valley Dr., DePere, WI 54115
Instructor: Kristi Massicotte, PGA/LPGA Golf Professional
Fee: $33 Member - $45 Non-member Registered Online!
Open to Skill Levels 3 through 5. Minimum of 5 required to run the clinic—maximum of 10.
Did you ever feel that something wasn’t quite right with your swing and your shots were inconsistent, but you couldn’t put your finger on what was causing it? This session addresses pre-swing fundamentals that give the student the best possible chance of making a consistent swing. This includes the grip, review of setup and posture, aligning the clubface and body to the target, and understanding shot routines. Video analysis helps the student visualize those parts of her swing that need refining, and confirms the instructor’s diagnosis and suggested corrections. |

The Cold Water Canyon Golf Outing In The Wisconsin Dells |
Saturday June 7th and Sunday, June 8th
Cold Water Canyon Golf Course - Chula Vista Resort Stay – Wisconsin Dells
The Cold Water Canyon golf course is 80+ years old and is one of the oldest golf courses in Wisconsin. The course was originally designed in 1923 by the renowned Architect JC Wilson and is steeped in rich tradition. The original nine holes ”The Canyon Nine" is a beautifully mature, native Wisconsin golf course and is considered one of the most picturesque in the Midwest. Each hole is unique and different. In 1999 the multi-million dollar upgrade in the course resulted in the "New Prairie Nine", a Scottish Links nine with secluded fairways, hills, moguls, bunkers, tall grasses, and more challenging holes. This course is fun for all levels of players. For more details and to registered contact Jackie Grande at Jackiegrande@tds.net or 608-669-4248. It’s YOUR turn to get involved…just say “YES”! |
That’s the word Leadership Chair, Amy Henselin and her committee members will be wanting to hear from you as they lead our chapter through the nominations and elections process to fill the upcoming expiring terms for some of our Chapter Officers (President, Vice President and Treasurer) and seek volunteers who are interested in being appointed to one of our Chapter Committees. All terms will start November 1st.

Be on the look out for separate email communications directly from Amy regarding this process. Here is the timetable we will be following (entire process conducted via email only):

Committee Volunteers
Due to rotating term limits, our Chapter has “open” Chair positions for the following committees: Membership, Golf Education and Player Development, Leadership, Social Events and Leagues These positions are all two year terms. Volunteers are needed to fill these positions as well as supporting roles. Most committees need 3-5 volunteers so there is plenty for everyone to be involved…all YOU need to do is say, “YES”!
Here is the following timetable we will be following for committee appointments:
- July 11th – Distribution of Committee Interest Form to members via email
- September 1st – Board approval of Committee Chairs
