The Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA) is a not-for-profit organization that provides opportunities for women to learn to play and enjoy the game of golf for business and for life.

Instructional clinics allow new golfers to learn to play in a non-intimidating, inclusive environment.  Leagues, outings, and championship tournaments are conducted for those who are already in the swing.  Whatever your level, EWGA Chapters conduct a myriad of events to help you gain the confidence to join business associates on the fairway.

Invaluable Business Insight
Interaction during a round of golf plays an important role in forming relationships.  You can gain a new perspective on your associates and clients, see how they react in a tense situation and, at the same time, learn in a setting that encourages relaxed conversation.  The course is also a good place for career-minded women to evaluate self-performance under pressure.

The Fox Cities/Green Bay Chapter of EWGA has been around since 2004.  In this short time we have offered a number of golf leagues and clinics, as well as social events.   Some of these events include:

  • Organized several 12-week Golf Leagues at Winagamie Golf Course and Midvalle Golf Course
  • Have provided a number of golf clinics for new and advanced golfers
  • Participated in the Rally for a Cure golf outing with the Milwaukee Chapter of the EWGA
  • Held numerous happy hours and social events including - bowling, a day at the spa, a chili dump, and Bunko.

Basic Golf Etiquette

The Cart - Keep the cart moving forward - you should never have to walk backwards to get your cart. When approaching the green, park your cart slightly beyond the green.

No Talking - Do not talk, or make any noise when someone is hitting or putting. When you are searching for the correct club(s) and remove them from your bag, do so quietly.
